In The Hoop. Llama Bag

Two Llama bags done and dusted for my granddaughters Christmas gifts.Great little pattern and completed in the 6 x 10 Embroidery hoop,just the right size for 5 and 6 years old.Pattern is by "Nanas home made baby" and come in 3 sizes.I added a lining to the inside so no raw edges were showing.After taking the bag out of the hoop I placed a piece of white scuba fabric to the back and machine stitched around it leaving a gap at the bottom for turning.The excess was cut around leaving a small seam allowance, turned and then handstitched the small opening.Cut the stablizer from the back of the zip and then turned the bag through the opening of the zip.

Alice And Wonderland Bag

Alice And Wonderland Bag 

is a machine embroidery file.

From Spunky Stitches.

It was completed in  the 5 x 7 hoop.

I doubled the fabric for the hair and skin 

as the blue from the background fabric

showed through.I pieced the two pieces

of fabric together with Heat n Bond Lite.

I also added the quilting to the background fabric

on the front and the back of the purse.

Autumns 3rd Birthday Gift

 I made this cute little bag for Granddaughter's 3rd birthday.

Called Spring Flowers Purse

It is a a machine embroidery machine file

and made in a 5 x 7 hoop.

 I followed all of the  instructions for the bag 

except that  I stitched the pieces together by hand.

The cat purse is from Sweet Pea Designs.

This case in done in the 6 x 10 hoop.

And the sneaker is made with white fabric 

so it can be coloured with fabric markers.

But you could do it in any colour fabric.
